SEDALIA, Mo. (February 27, 2017) – PROENERGY recently sponsored the Armed Regulation trophies at the 12th annual Smith-Cotton JROTC Drill Meet, held February 18th at Smith-Cotton High School.  

JROTC is a cooperative effort between the U.S. Army and Smith-Cotton High School. The program focuses on leadership and character development and prepares high school students for responsible leadership roles while making them aware of their rights, responsibilities and privilege as American citizens.
