PROENERGY Welcomes New General Manager Latin America

SEDALIA, MO (January 9, 2018) – PROENERGY is pleased to announce that Alejandro Vigo has joined PROENERGY as General Manager Latin America.

Alejandro brings more than 23 years of experience from the power generation industry to his new role. His expertise includes all aspects from project conception to execution including project definition, project management and construction, startup & commissioning, operation and routine minor and major maintenance of facilities with gas turbines in simple and combined cycle. Prior to joining PROENERGY, Alejandro served as Manager of North Region Operations for YPF Energía Eléctrica in Argentina, running one of the largest power generation complexes in the country totaling more than 1000 MW of installed capacity. He also served as a General Manager for Latin America at PIC Energy and key positions at several different companies including SSOI, GE and Pluspetrol. His insight and experience in successfully executing projects in Latin America including Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Brazil and Argentina will be an invaluable asset in leading the efforts for PROENERGY with our Latin American customers.
